The large fully equipped kitchen features numerous kitchen units in white with Meranti trim and much concealed lighting. There is a pair of half glazed french doors giving easy access to the patio dining area. There is a solid door leading to a ground floor bedroom with ensuite facilities. There is a fully glazed door leading to a second lounge.
The second lounge has the stone built open stairway to the second floor, a fully glazed door to an office and a solid door to another ground floor bedroom with ensuite. This bedroom has double fully glazed doors leading to a private patio.
Upstairs there is a landing area from which solid doors lead to the 2 bedrooms and the shared shower room and toilet. The first bedroom has a single glazed door out to the extensive roof terraced area. The second bedroom has double glazed doors giving access to a small private covered terrace. leading from this is a covered, arched walkway to the rear of the house affording magnificent views of the Troodos mountains. Also leading from the small terrace is a spiral stairway to the ground floor and a small stone stairway to the extensive, covered, paved and fenced roof terrace affording views over the village to Paphos and the sea.
At the base of the spiral stairs are the Laundry and utility rooms and a shower and toilet for pool users.
